About The Space
Our beautiful quirky space is located on Livingstone Street just 1 mile or 10 minutes walk from York City Centre. The space is an old converted Victorian coal merchants that has been brought back to life. The building is full of stunning art work, eclectic furniture and loads of character. We also have a renovated horse box out the front that turns into a bar.
Capacity & Private Hire
Private hire of the space is £275+VAT. This is for a 5 hour hire (daytime or evening).
Although the premises is beautiful as it is, you are more than welcome to decorate the space.
We can hold a maximum of 30 people for a seated meal and up to 45 people for a canape/ drinks reception or grazing stations.
